The dry, medium-bodied palate shows musk and Turkish delight characters and a very long, mouth-filling finish.A blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurz and Riesling, the grapes were all hand-picked, crushed, co-fermented on skins with wild yeast, creating an ‘orange’ style that is completely natural.
