The palate is a balance of power and freshness, with fl avours of fresh red cherry carrying through to the fi nish. The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries, soft acid and fi ne chalky tannins.Classic Central Otago Pinot Noir. Aromas of berry fruit, spice herbs and savoury tones on the nose.
