Hand-harvested fruit from estate vineyards at an altitude of 1,800 meters, the two varieties undergo low-temperature fermentation to bring out their floral aromas and fresh flavours. An elegant, rich bouquet of banana, pineapple, and white flowers is balanced by a creamy mouthfeel, pleasant sweetness, refreshing high-altitude acidity, and a citrusy finish. A Torrontes made with some residual sugar is a rarity.

バロッサの古い畑を守るためにブドウを購入し醸造を始めたトイスナー。リプキー家はバロッサ北部の高台、エベネザー地区で6代続くブドウ栽培農家で、畑は主に風化した古い地質で粘土やローム、鉄鉱石を豊富に含む。その畑のブドウをフレンチオーク旧樽で12ヶ月間熟成。2021年は完璧ともいえる素晴らしいヴィンテージ。
Teusner began its winemaking journey by purchasing grapes specifically to help preserve the Barossa's historic vineyards. The Riebke family have grown grapes for six generations in the Ebenezer district, on the high ground of the northern Barossa. Their vineyards are characterised by ancient, weathered soils rich in clay, loam, and ironstone. The wine is aged for 12 months in seasoned French oak barrels. 2021 was a perfect vintage.
