McPherson is a family-owned winery established in 1968, in Nagambie, Victoria. They carefully select fruit from the Swan Hill and Murray- Darling regions spanning New South Wales and Victoria, to produce this fresh and fruity white. Best served chilled, it pairs perfectly with spicy dishes!

ブドウは果実がしっかり熟すまで樹上で成熟させ、ワインに豊かな厚みを与える。穏やかに圧搾後、フリーラン果汁のみをステンレスタンクで低温発酵。フレッシュなアロマと生き生きとした果実味を保つため、速やかに瓶詰め。レモングラス、タイムの風味に静謐なミネラル感。
The grapes are allowed to ripen on the vine until fully mature, giving the wine a rich depth. After gentle pressing, only the free-run juice is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. To preserve the fresh aromas and vibrant fruitiness, it is promptly bottled. Flavours of lemongrass and thyme with a serene minerality.

Dedicated to Riesling since its founding, Brooks releases more 10 different single vineyard Rieslings every vintage. Fruit from their own vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA and long-term contract vineyards in the surrounding area are carefully vinified separately to preserve the unique characteristics of each vineyard, plot, and clone. This is an elegant dry Riesling created by blending a selection of Willamette Valley vineyards.

Excellent flowering and fruiting resulted in small yet healthy and full bunches. A wonderful summer beautifully ripened the skins and tannins, together with perfect acidity. A vibrant charm sets it apart from previous Crimsons, with a mineral character and velvety smooth tannins. Enjoyable now, the winemaker is thrilled it will evolve even further with 5-15 years aging.

コイレは1885年から6世代にわたって栽培醸造を手がけるウンドラーガ家が2006年、アルト・コルチャグアに設立したワイナリー。山肌に広がり標高差のある自社畑は有機＆バイオダイナミック農法、密植により収量は低く抑える。痩せた花崗岩質、火山性玄武岩質など多様な土壌からの上質果実を手摘みし、小型発酵槽で発酵、フレンチオーク樽で14ヶ月間熟成。2021年は冷涼年の特徴を備え、黒い果実にドライハーブや土っぽさが複雑に重なる。果実味は純粋で、きめ細かいタンニンが長く気品ある余韻に続く。*2025年10月施行の改正JAS法以前に輸入。
Koyle was established in Colchagua Valley in 2006 by the Undurraga family, who have been cultivating vineyards and making wine in Chile for six generations, dating back to 1885. Their vineyards, spread across the mountainside at varying elevations, use organic and biodynamic farming methods, with high-density planting keeping yields low. High-quality fruit is hand-picked from blocks with diverse soil profiles, including lean granite and volcanic basalt, fermented in small tanks, and aged for 14 months in French oak. The 2021 vintage shows characteristics of a cool year, with complex layers of dark fruit, dried herbs, and earthiness. Pure fruit flavours and fine tannins lead to a long, elegant finish. *Imported before the revised JAS Law came into effect in October 2025.
