マーガレット・リヴァーの南部に位置するプレミアム・メーカー。年により比率に多少の違いがあるものの、毎年ソーヴィニヨン・ブランは50%以上使用。ワインの約30%前後に樽のニュアンス。フローラルなライチー、青豆の風味とスパイシーさ。料理に併せやすいスタイル。
2008 was a great year for these two varieties, producing an outstanding example of this blend. A pale straw with lime green edges. Rich lifted florals and lychee on the nose with strong notes of snow peas and cut grass, a hint of lemon lime and a wonderful flinty edge, characteristic of Margaret River Sauvignon. The palate is fresh and zesty, with underlying flavours of spicy cool climate berry fruits and cut grass. The lingering green apple and citrus finish is well balanced and clean.

A serial award winner, Palliser Estate was one of the first vineyards to demonstrate that not all premium NZ Sauvignon Blancs come from Marlborough. Bright straw yellow in colour. The stunning nose is pungent and lifted, displaying aromas of currant and lime zest, with a touch of musky characters. Succulent and rounded on the palate with loads of mouth-pleasing flavours, refreshing acidity and a delicious finish. Best enjoyed young while crisp, fresh and zingy.

A blend from Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon that includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The deep colour and aromas of bruised berries, sun-ripened plums and a hint of smokey campfire declare it ready to enjoy now. Notes of lavender, roses, graphite and exotic woods fill out the nose. The palate is juicy, generous and honest, with cool Oregon summer nights evident in the freshness and elegance. The tannins are supple and ripe, the finish long and rich.

これはナイト＆デイと同じ畑で、よく似たブレンドで造られたワインですが、味わいはまったく異なります。こちらは色濃く、リッチに凝縮し、しっかりとタンニンがあり、力強く、フルボディ。冷涼であった2007年とは反対に暑かった2006年はブドウの風味が全く異なったため、シュマン・ド・テール（仏語＝畑の小道）の名でボトリングされました。N&Dと飲み比べてみると、その違いに驚くことでしょう。ともにこの価格では秀でた味わい！
A red blend from Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon that includes Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep brilliant garnet colour, it opens with an intense nose of berries, Bing cherries, coffee, cocoa and tobacco. With air, aromas of plums, pepper, truffles, minerals and cedar emerge. In the mouth, the succulent flavours mirror the aromatics, a classic tannin/fruit balance lending shape and elegance. It was aged in barrels for 18 months, followed by 15 months bottle ageing before release.
