The Quest Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from a range of selected vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. A great growing season ensured the grapes were picked in excellent condition with fantastic ripe, tropical fruit characters. The fruit was harvested after midnight to take advantage of the cool nights which are a feature of the region. Pale straw in colour, the bouquet shows enticing aromatics of passionfruit, guava and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and lively with tropical fruit flavours complemented by refreshing, crisp natural acidity.

Old Stones is a selection of the finest barrels blended from Bergstrom's best sites to showcase a more opulent style of Oregon Chardonnay - a style that has attracted multiple accolades and awards. Laden with rich and luscious fruit aromas of pear, golden delicious apples, hazelnuts, creme fraiche and sweet vanilla and baking spices, the mouthfeel is generous and layered with silky waves of pear fruit, whipping cream, flavours of tarte tatin and great minerality with a smooth, generous but well structured finish.

Lynmar wines celebrate the distinctive terriors of its Quail Valley Vineyard in Russian River Valley. In 2007, a fantastic growing season on cool sites produced Chardonnay fruit with intensity and balance, concentration and structure. It is a lovely pale yellow gold in the glass. The focused nose shows intense lemon meringue and green apple notes, and subtle floral tones. The palate offers classic citrus and fresh apple, with the richness and weight balanced by cleansing acidity on a lingering finish of excellent length.

しばらくこのワインは売れずに、長く倉庫に眠っていましたが、最近、あるお客様から「久々に仕入れ、飲んでみるとおいしかった！」と連絡を受けました。早速、試飲したところ、まさしく!!色はやや淡く、果実の力みが抜け、タイムやラベンダーの香りが魅力的に放たれ、何とも食欲がそそられます。このワインはハーブをしっかり効かせた鳥や豚肉のグリルとは最高のマッチング。ワインは時には忘れることも大切？
Berkley California based winemaker Steve Edmunds and his wife Cornelia St. John specialise in handcrafting small quantities of Syrah and other Rhone varietal wines. The Rocks & Gravel blend in 2003 included approximately 35% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 30% Mourvedre. Bright purple-crimson in the glass. The nose is an aromatic melange of smoky cherry, underbrush, mulberry, and around the edges, orange-zest, clove, spice and treebark. Sweet fruit on entry, with nice grip of fine tannins, and lingering flavours.
